Refund Policy

How-to Return an item


It's easy to initiate a return. 
To set up a return, complete the following steps: 
1. Just contact us for authorization, state reason for return and if you wish a different item, replacement or refund.
• For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. 
• After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping charge.

We try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these rules:

• Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses. 
• To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in original condition.
• Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.
• We will not accept any items that do not meet these requirements, and will return them to you.

Time Limitations on Returns

How long do I have to return a product? 
You have up to 15 days after the ship date to initiate your return. 
• Your items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. 
• Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you. 
• Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses.


What if I return an item after 30 days? 
• We do not accept returns that reach us after 30 days from the original shipping date. 
• Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.


Refund processing time

How long does it take for my account to be credited? 
Please allow 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit. 
• Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible.

Defective items are replaced with same item,  after received at our returns department. No cash refunds or store credit.


Restocking Fees

There is a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns, returned in unused
and in original packaging.  We do not refund any shipping fees.
